& Service
The Prorunner mk9 is a modular pallet lift designed for easy integration into any environment, as well as simple maintenance and long service life.
Compact design
This industrial pallet lift combines seemingly opposite characteristics – compact dimensions and high performance of up to 100 pallets per hour. The Prorunner mk9 can transport loads of up to 1250 kg to a height of up to 10 meters, while occupying minimal floor space in your facility.
Engineered for flexibility
The smart design provides maximum installation flexibility:
- Drive unit integrated on one side enables infeed and outfeed from three directions
- Motor can be installed at floor level or mezzanine level
- No lubrication or tensioning of chains required
- Extremely quiet operation, reducing noise in the working environment
Versatile applications
The lift is suitable for a wide range of logistics layouts:
- Vertical transport between production levels
- Multi-level vertical sorting
- Integration with roller or chain conveyor systems
- Handling of different pallet and container types
Easy integration
The modular design of the Prorunner mk9 enables fast installation and seamless integration into existing infrastructure. The system can be configured with multiple infeed and outfeed conveyors, increasing flexibility in complex logistics processes.
Low maintenance costs
- Robust steel construction ensures long service life
- High-quality components reduce risk of failure
- No complex elements requiring regular maintenance
- Optimized design reduces operational costs
Extended lifespan and reduced operating costs
The Prorunner mk9 pallet lift is designed without a counterweight, providing significant financial and operational advantages:
- Lower maintenance costs (fewer components, reduced mechanical load)
- Lower purchase cost (no counterweight system or reinforced guide structures required)
- Longer service life
- Space savings within the machine structure, allowing improved safety design
- No need for load-based counterweight adjustment
- Reduced energy consumption
How is chain tension achieved without a counterweight?
Chain tension is achieved using the chain’s own weight. To prevent the chain from sticking to the drive sprocket, a guiding plate is installed to direct the chain downward, while a plastic block prevents slippage on the sprocket.
