  1. The Cotroller declares that its Website uses cookies, as specified in the provisions of the Telecommunications Law of 16th July 2004 (Journal of Laws No. 171, item 1800 as amended).
  2. The Controller places cookies on the Website User’s end device and gains access to them.
  3. The Cotroller shall make every effort to ensure that your privacy is respected and that the personal information you provide is protected when you use the Website and make purchases on the Website, and shall take all necessary measures to this end.
  4. The Website does not automatically collect any information, except for the information contained in cookies.
  5. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User’s end device and are intended for use on the Website’s pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time they are stored on the end device and a unique number.
