    Opis produktu

    Two robotic workstations

     

    The line consists of two robotic workstations. One directly stacks bags on a pallet, and the second packs bags into pallet boxes. The capacity of each is 5000 kg/h, which corresponds to 500 bags/h.

    Onion bag palletizing line

     

    The first robot (left side workstation) palletizes onion bags directly on a pallet. It is then transported to the automatic Tosa 090 wrapper, which secures the pallet for storage and transport.

    The line also includes a dynamic scale that ensures product quality control, and a film dispenser, which is necessary due to the delicate product.

    Workstation for packing onion bags into pallet boxes

     

    The second robot packs bags into pallet boxes. The design assumes packing at two pickup points, allowing the process to run without any downtime. Safety systems such as fences and light curtains protect the operator during filled pallet box pickup.

    The line consists of a transport system in the form of roller or belt conveyors, a robot for packing bags, control systems (HMI panel), and safety systems.
