    Opis produktu

    The line increases efficiency and reduces depalletizing costs

     

    Pallets with mineral wool sheets are introduced to the line directly from the truck. Robots depalletize sheets from 4 pickup points and place them on a belt conveyor for further processing at the facility. Automation increases the pace of depalletizing and reduces its costs, as fewer people are involved in this process.

    Extensive buffer before robots

     

    The buffer, in the form of a conveyor system before the depalletizing process, allows storage of 33 pallets (3 truck deliveries). This provides more space in the warehouse and enables production with several wool densities simultaneously.

    Depalletizing robots

     

    Flexible industrial robots equipped with grippers for depalletizing wool sheets and transferring pallets to the operator pickup point.

    Safety systems

     

    Fences, light curtains, warning lights, emergency stop, separate safety zones.
