    How does automatic palletizing work?

     

    Empty crates are manually stacked in packages by the operator on a belt conveyor (1).

     

    Folded crate packages are strapped (2) to prevent package separation during the next stage of the palletizing process.

     

    The palletizing robot (3), equipped with an advanced pneumatic gripper, picks up the crate package and stacks the pallet (4) to a height of approximately 2800mm. The gripper has extendable arms that ensure safe and secure gripping of packages.

     

    The loaded pallet moves towards the forklift pickup point (5).
