Electrical installations of machines

The scope of electrical works included the installation of machines and devices on the production line.The machines are described in the mechanical works below.

  • Electrical connection of machines included in the production line
  • Laying cable routes, power and control cables on main routes and along the production line
  • Positioning and assembly of machine control cabinets
  • Electrical connection of machine control cabinets
  • Electrical installation of sensors, cameras, switches, light curtains, operating panels, control and power supply boxes and a number of other elements of the line electrical installation

Mechanical assembly of machines

The scope of mechanical works at the plant included the assembly of machines for product quality control, rejection of bottles after quality control, glass and PET bottle conveyors, labeling machines, bottling machines, cleaning and cooling machines, capping machines, PET bottle blowing machines and a robotic mold changing system for blowing machines.
