Stretch film roll packing and palletising line we offer is designed to be operated by only one operator. The entire process, from the production of the rolls to the filled pallet, is fully automated. Depending on the product format, it is transported to a carton packing robot or directly to a palletizing robot (for larger formats). The line also has a robot for forming cartons, a labeling machine and a pallet wrapping machine.
Line efficiency – depending on the size of the rolls and the method of stacking on the pallet: from 360 pieces / h for large rolls to up to 1,600 pieces / h for smaller rolls,
