Assembly and Installation Works on 3 Lines
We carried out a comprehensive unloading and positioning of all equipment covered by the installation scope in the designated locations on the production hall floor. In the next stage, we performed precise leveling and mutual alignment of the machines, completed all internal electrical connections, and secured the equipment through permanent anchoring to the floor. Further activities included the installation of conveyor systems along with their complete cabling and the mounting of protective guards.
Electrical Installation
The scope of electrical works included the construction of complete cable trays and the laying of power and control cables. We completed power and control system connections for all machines, assembled and commissioned the main electrical distribution boards and control cabinets dedicated to individual devices, as well as other electrical and automation components. The works were finalized with input/output signal checks, a comprehensive inspection of the entire installation together with verification of the technical documentation, and the preparation of documentation for all modifications introduced.
