Project description
Mechanical Assembly
The first step was unloading and positioning all machines at planned locations on the production floor, followed by precise levelling. Precision is extremely important to prevent premature component wear, reduced performance, and increased maintenance costs.
After positioning, we anchored the machines to the floor and connected them to the electrical network. Transport systems — modular and roller conveyors — were installed in parallel. Each element was fitted with complete cabling and protective guards as required by safety standards.
Electrical Installation
Building the electrical infrastructure is a stage requiring particular care. We start by routing cable trays and laying power and control cables for each machine.
Key installation elements:
- Cable tray assembly and connection of power and control systems for machines
- Installation of main distribution panels
- Installation of dedicated control cabinets for each machine
- The most critical moment: testing all I/O signals — where errors that could later cause production downtime are identified
Installed machines: preform feeder, blow moulder, bottle chiller, bottle dryer, labelling machine, bottle marker, filler, capper, sorting machine, cleaning machine, quality inspection machine, palletizer, pallet wrapper, single-bottle conveyors, multipack conveyors, pallet conveyors, lifting elevator.
Quality Control
We carried out a comprehensive inspection of the entire installation. Each element was checked against technical documentation. All modifications were documented. The line was ready for commissioning on schedule — no unforeseen delays, no last-minute corrections.
