Mechanical Assembly

We began with the unloading and positioning of all machines in their planned locations on the production floor. Each piece of equipment required precise leveling — even minor deviations can later lead to quality issues or premature wear of components. Once positioned, we completed all electrical connections for the machines and permanently anchored them to the floor. In parallel, we installed the conveyor systems — modular and roller conveyors — along with complete cabling and protective guards.

Electrical Installation

The electrical work required building the entire infrastructure from scratch. We installed cable trays and laid power and control cables for each machine. We connected the power supply and control systems, mounted the main distribution boards and dedicated control cabinets for each machine. A key stage was the testing of all input and output signals. We carried out a comprehensive inspection of the entire installation, verified the technical documentation, and recorded all modifications made. Thanks to this approach, the line was ready for commissioning on schedule, with no unforeseen delays or rework required.
