Project description
Mechanical Works
The process began with the unloading and precise positioning of all equipment at designated locations on the production floor, followed by accurate levelling. This stage is critical to prevent premature component wear, maintain optimal performance, and reduce operating costs.
After positioning, the machines were anchored to the floor structure and connected to the power infrastructure. Transport systems — modular and roller conveyors — were installed simultaneously. Every unit was equipped with complete wiring and protective guards in accordance with applicable safety standards.
Electrical Works
Key elements of the completed electrical work:
- Cable tray assembly and connection of power and control systems
- Installation of main power distribution panels
- Assembly of dedicated control cabinets for each unit
- Verification testing of all I/O signals

Verification and Acceptance
Each component was verified against technical documentation. All modifications were documented in detail. The production line was commissioned in line with the agreed schedule, with no unforeseen delays or last-minute corrections.
