Comprehensive Assembly of a Production Line in the Food Industry in Germany

The installation process involved comprehensive mechanical and electrical work on a bottling line for the food industry in Germany. The project covered the full scope of installation services — from mechanical assembly and cable routing to electrical connections and commissioning. All work was performed by experienced Proster teams, ensuring the line was ready for operation on schedule.

Precise mechanical works included:

• Accurate machine alignment
• Anchoring equipment to the floor
• Installation of machines along with their guards and safety covers

Electrical installations:

• Installation of cable routes
• Laying of power cables and control wiring
• Connection of power supply and control systems to individual machines
• Installation of the main distribution panel and local control cabinets
• Installation of remaining electrical components and automation systems

The final stage of works comprised comprehensive commissioning activities, such as:

• Input/output (I/O) signal verification
• Detailed inspection of the completed installation
• Preparation of as-built documentation
• Recording of all changes introduced during the project

The installed filling line included machines such as a PET bottle blow moulding machine, preform feeding machine, cooling system, quality control machines, capping machines, sorting elevator, bottle and packaging marking machine, labelling machine, packing machine, and bottle and secondary packaging conveyors.
