Mechanical Assembly

We began by unloading the machines and positioning them according to the plan on the production floor, followed by precise levelling. This precision is critical to prevent premature component wear, performance degradation, and increased maintenance costs.

After positioning, we anchored the equipment to the floor and connected it to the power infrastructure. Transport systems — including modular and roller conveyors — were installed in parallel. Every component was fitted with full cabling and protective guards in compliance with applicable safety standards.

Electrical Installation

The electrical work required building a complete infrastructure from scratch. We prepared cable trays and then laid power and control cables for each machine. We connected the power supply and control systems, installed main distribution panels and individual control cabinets assigned to each piece of equipment.

A key stage was the verification of all I/O signals. We conducted a detailed inspection, reviewed the technical documentation, and recorded all changes made. This process enabled the line to be commissioned on schedule — without delays or corrections.
